CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at http://www.medicare.gov.
Brand New Day is a Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug HMO health insurance plan that has a variety of health plan benefit packages for traditional Medicare beneficiaries in addition to its Special Needs Plans. You must reside in the service area and use contracted providers for all routine care. “Brand New Day is a Coordinated Care plan with a Medicare contract and a contract with the California Medi-CAL program”.
