As a Senior Whole Health member, one of the most important things you can do is to keep your contact information up-to-date. It will help ensure you’re able to get the care you need when you need it. It also helps make sure you get important updates and reminders from us.
Your contact information includes your:
- Phone number
- Email address
- Mailing Address

You can now opt in to receive text messages from us! Simply text JOIN to 94870.
Update your contact information with Senior Whole Health by:
- My Molina mobile app
- Download My Molina mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can also scan the QR code below using your smart phone.
- Register or log in with your SWH member ID number.
- Go to Menu > Communication Preferences.
- Add/edit your phone number, email and mailing address.
- Choose your preferred phone number and email to receive communications from SWH.

- My Senior Whole Health member portal
- Go to MySeniorWholeHealth.com
- Register or log in with your SWH member ID
- Click on the Communication Preferences button
