Improving Health Outcomes in Ohio Communities
Resources that enhance quality of life can have a lasting effect on the health outcomes of women, children, and vulnerable seniors. To this end, the Molina Community Innovation Fund was created to provide grants and sponsorships to community partners launching innovative wellness programs in Ohio.
Funding preference is given to organizations and programs focused on increasing access to care, supporting integrated care services, and providing unique approaches to reinforcing health and wellness.
