Sponsorships

Thank you for considering Molina Healthcare of South Carolina (‘Molina’) as a potential sponsor. Due to the high volume of sponsorship requests, we kindly ask that all requests are submitted using the online request forms. The forms are located at the bottom of this page.

All request forms must be completed in their entirety in order to be considered. In approximately 4 weeks, you will receive a reply to your request.

Please note that Molina will not sponsor the following:

  • Requests that go against SCDHHS/CMS rules and regulations
  • Requests that do not align with Molina’s
    • Vision
    • Mission
    • Core values
  • Requests that encourage or support the use of firearms, drugs, tobacco, and alcohol in any way, whether in regards to the organization or particular event
