Molina’s Mobile Health Unit is bringing care to you. We are now traveling across the state to serve communities. The unit can perform health and wellness screenings. It is important to get preventative care. We want to make sure you and your family stay in good health.

Where will the unit go next?
- Our goal is to serve people in need.
- The mobile unit is based in County. It serves nearby communities and also travels through the state.
- Hours for the unit are based on location and staffing among other factors. Sometimes service hours are based on community-based activities such meal service or food bank hours.

Is there a cost to patients?
- Low-income adults and families are not charged for services.
- Molina will bill the patient’s insurance when possible.

Molina’s Mobile Health Unit does not:
- Replace a visit to your PCP.
- Keep medications stocked on the unit.
- Serve as an emergency center – if there is an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
Molina members may be referred to the Molina Care Coordination program and/or local community resources for long term health management support.
