Complex case management
Do you have more than one medical condition you are trying to take care of? Have you recently had a critical event? We are here to help. We offer a Complex Case Management program to help you get the medical care and services you need.
If you think you may need this type of help, you can self-refer by calling Member Services. Ask to speak to your assigned Care Coordinator or a Care Coordinator in Complex Case Management.

- Prenatal checkups and specialty care as needed
- Prescription medication
- Prenatal testing and screenings
- A hospital stay during birth
- Doula support and services
- Dental benefits through Liberty Dental
- Help with quitting smoking, drinking or other substances
- Behavioral health therapy and treatment for postpartum depression and perinatal mood anxiety disorder (PMAD)

Behavioral Health Crisis Line
