What is Molina Dual Options MyCare Ohio?
It's a program to provide better, coordinated health care for people with both Medicare and Medicaid, often called dual eligible or duals.

What is MyCare Ohio Medicaid?
It is a plan for MyCare Ohio enrollees who do not want to receive their Medicare benefits from their MyCare Ohio plan. MyCare Ohio enrollees are required to receive their Medicaid benefits from a MyCare Ohio plan, but may keep receiving their Medicare benefits the way they do now. If you would like to have all your Medicare and Medicaid benefits coordinated by your MyCare Ohio plan, join Molina Dual Options MyCare Ohio. What benefits do I get with MyCare Ohio Medicaid?
You will receive all medically necessary Medicaid covered services. You will not receive your Medicare benefits through your MyCare Ohio plan. Will Molina MyCare Ohio cover both my Medicare and Medicaid benefits?
Members of Molina MyCare Ohio Medicaid are covered for Medicaid benefits, only. However, you can choose to cover both your Medicare and your Medicaid benefits with Molina Dual Options MyCare Ohio. This is called a Medicare-Medicaid plan. Learn More.

Can I keep my current doctor and other care providers?
Continuing your care without disruption is important to us. Molina Dual Options will work with you and your doctors to make sure you get all the care you need. You can continue to see your providers who are in the Molina Dual Options network without any disruption.
For a time after you join Molina Dual Options, you may be able to continue to receive care from a provider that is not a network provider. This is called transition of care. Transition of care is important to ensure a smooth transition to our health plan and can last from 90 days up to a year. Your care team will work to add your providers to the Molina MyCare Ohio network.
If you have had health care services scheduled prior to joining Molina Dual Options, it is important that you call Member Services today, or as soon as possible, so we can help you get the care you need.
