Community Resources
Molina Dual Options keeps a list of social service agencies in your area that provide services and resources to support you. We call this our Community Resource Guide.
These agencies offer a variety of services and supplies including food, clothing, housing, furniture, job training, employment, help with utilities and much more. Other resources include support to individuals with specific diseases, illnesses or other health needs.
Use the Community Resource Guide to find resources in your area. If you need help, call Member Services or contact your Care Manager. It is important to tell your Care Manager about the services you need. Your Care Manager will help connect you to these resources.
If there is a resource you need that is not listed, call 211. Your call will be answered by a referral specialist in your area. 211 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It can help you find information on many kinds of services.
You can also visit 211 on the web at 211Ohio.net or 211.org. Visit the websites for the Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities, the Ohio Department of Aging, or the Area Agencies on Aging for more resources.
If you would like to contact the MyCare Ohio Ombudsman, visit https://aging.ohio.gov/care-and-living/get-help/get-an-advocate, or call (800) 282-1206 from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. This call is free. The MyCare Ohio Ombudsman is an independent advocate who can help with concerns about any aspect of care available through MyCare Ohio. This service will not cost you anything.
