How do I get a new Molina Medicaid ID card?
If you lose or need a copy of your Molina Medicaid ID card you can:
- Go to the My Molina member portal to access it electronically or to print a temporary Member ID card.
- Call Member Services at (888) 483-0760 and ask for a new paper card
