Community Supports Provider Guide
The Community Supports (CS) Provider Guide is a resource to our contracted Community Supports providers to assist with administration of CS services. The guide contains information on CS program operations, including eligibility criteria for each of the CS services, referral processes, as well as guidance on credentialing, applying for an NPI, and claims and billing. The CS Provider Guide also includes the contact information for the relevant business units in Molina to provide assistance and support you as a contracted provider in the delivery of CS services. The CS Provider Guide will be updated periodically to reflect changes in process or policy as requirements change.
