Provider Portal

Providers and third-party billers can use the no cost Provider Portal to perform many functions online without the need to call or fax Passport. Registration can be performed online. Passport offers Portal services on two platforms. The table below outlines the services available on each Portal platform:

    Important Reminder:

    It is important to Passport and your patients that your provider directory demographics are accurate. Please visit our Provider Online Directory to validate your information and notify us if there are any updates.

    Please notify Passport at least 90 days in advance when you have any of the following:

    • Change in office location,
      remit location, office hours, phone, fax, or email
    • Addition or closure of office location
    • Addition or termination of a provider
    • Change in Tax ID and/or NPI
    • Open or close your practice to new patients (PCPs only)
