This manual provides information about how to work with MHW and describes how we work together as you care for our member’s health care needs. The provider manual also contains policies, procedures, regulatory/contractual requirements to support you in providing comprehensive care to our members and understanding our programs and processes. The information contained in the manual is current as of the date of its publication. We update our provider manual from time to time as our policies and/or regulatory requirements change.
