Molina/My Choice Wisconsin Integration Update for June 2024
Important Reminder!
On Monday, July 1, all My Choice Wisconsin Medicaid SSI and BadgerCare Plus (BC+) products will be integrated to Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin.

Member eligibility changes on Monday
Effective July 1, legacy My Choice Medicaid SSI/BC+ membership will change from My Choice to Molina in ForwardHealth. Be sure to update the eligibility information in your system to ensure accurate benefits and coverage information.
Members may present to your office with a ForwardHealth ID card or Molina ID card for Medicaid SSI/BC+. Both should be accepted.
Electronic payment & remittance information
Molina will handle all claims payment and processing for dates of service July 1 and after. To prepare for electronic payments and/or remittance information, we recommend that you register AND set up your payment preferences (virtual credit card, EFT, or paper check) with ECHO Health, Molina’s provider payment platform.
Enrollment information can be found on our website and in the provider manual.
Note: Claims for members with dual coverage (i.e. My Choice Medicare and Molina Medicaid) will cross over automatically within the My Choice/Molina systems. You will not need to submit a second claim for secondary payment.
