Your BadgerCare Plus plan offers no-cost or low-cost comprehensive health coverage in 33 counties throughout Wisconsin. Some BadgerCare Plus members do have premiums, however Molina Healthcare does not charge monthly premiums for our health plans and there are no or low copays for most services.

Molina Healthcare provides coverage for people who are on Medicaid SSI (ABD) in 33 counties in Wisconsin. Medicaid SSI is a health care coverage program for people who qualify for Medicaid SSI or SSI related Medicaid due to a disability determined by the disability determination bureau. Medicaid SSI members have no monthly premiums and there are no copays for services. The Medicaid SSI (ABD) program combines traditional health care (such as doctor visits) with social services and personal care worker assistance.
