How to Enroll
There are two different ways to become a member of Molina Healthcare.
- By Phone: Call Client Enrollment Services at (877) 912-8880 or TTY: (866) 565-8576. 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
- Online: Visit Illinois Client Enrollment Services at www.EnrollHFS.Illinois.gov and enroll online.
* Assistive technologies, including self-service and voicemail options, are available on holidays, after regular business hours and on Saturdays and Sundays.
