What is virtual care?
Virtual care is a convenient way to receive medical care without leaving your home or wherever you are. Virtual medical visits are available for all Molina members.

What conditions are treated by virtual care?
Virtual care service is a lot like an urgent care clinic. Visit for non-emergency illnesses and conditions, like:  
• Allergies
• Burns
• Cold and flu
• Cough
• Sore throat
• Sinus issues
• Rashes
• Ringworm
• Pink eye

What can the doctor do?
They can give you medical advice, prescribe medication, or help you set up a follow-up appointment with your primary care provider (PCP). After your visit, you will get a summary for your records. Molina will make sure your care is coordinated with your PCP.

Do virtual care doctors replace my doctor?
No. Virtual care is for when you need care now for non-emergency medical issues. It’s a convenient alternative to urgent care and ER visits.  

Is there a time limit when talking with a doctor?
No. There is no time limit for virtual visits. 

Is the online visit free no matter how long it takes?
Yes! As a Molina member, your online visits cost you nothing.
