To find out what drugs are covered under your plan, view theComprehensive Drug List (CDL) for your plan. Go to "What's Covered" - "Prescription Drugs" to select your plan.
How do I find out if a health care service or benefit is covered?
Select your health plan and it will take you step by step through the information, starting with “What’s Covered”. You can also call Member Services at (855) 882-3901 (TTY: 711).
How can I get Molina Healthcare material translated into my preferred language?
If you need your health plan information in a different language or format, call Member Services at (855) 882-3901 (TTY: 711).
Is transportation assistance available? I need help getting to my doctor's appointments.

Am I eligible to be a Molina Healthcare member?
South Carolina has a managed care enrollment broker for Medicaid recipients, South Carolina Healthy Connections Choices, which decides eligibility for enrollment in Molina Healthcare of South Carolina. To find out if you are eligible, you can call them at (877) 552-4642.

How do I enroll in Molina?
To enroll in Molina, you have to also be enrolled in Healthy Connections Medicaid. Your county eligibility worker can tell you if you can get Healthy Connections Medicaid benefits (or you can visit Apply.SCDHHS.gov.) If you are eligible for Healthy Connections Medicaid, you must contact South Carolina Healthy Connections Choices and select Molina Healthcare as your health plan. South Carolina Healthy Connections Choices is the program that helps eligible Medicaid members enroll in health plans. You can enroll in a health plan online at SCChoices.com. You can also call South Carolina Healthy Connections Choices at (877) 552-4642 to enroll by phone. They are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., except South Carolina state holidays. For more information click HERE.
Where can I find information about renewing my Molina benefits? For information about renewing your Molina benefits, visit MolinaHealthcare.com/Redetermination/SC. If you need help, call the Molina Benefits Renewal Team at (844) 489-2544 or email HealthPlanRenewals@MolinaHealthcare.com.
How can I update my personal information (address, phone number, etc.)?
If you’ve moved or any of your contact information has changed, it’s important to call Healthy Connections to give them your new information as soon as possible. Call (888) 549-0820 (TTY: (888) 842-3620). You can also update your contact information on the MyMolina portal by visiting MyMolina.com.
How can I replace my ID card?
You can print a new ID card from the MyMolina portal by going to MyMolina.com. If you don’t have an account, you can create one.
How can I change my doctor?
Your member ID card shows the name and contact details of your doctor, also called your Primary Care Provider (PCP). If it is not your correct doctor or if you wish to change your doctor, you can change it on the Molina Mobile app. You can also change your doctor on the MyMolina portal by visiting MyMolina.com
How can I get my prescription filled?
You can fill your prescription at any pharmacy that’s in network with Molina. To find a participating pharmacy, go to www.molinahealthcare.com/members/sc/en-US/pages/home.aspx and click on "Search for a Doctor". If it is a specialty medication, the prescription will be sent to the pharmacy by your provider and then delivered to your home, the local CVS pharmacy, or to your provider’s office. Some medications require prior authorization before they can be given to you. To see a list of covered medications, go to MolinaMeds.com/SC.

Where can I check the status of a service that I need to get approved or a referral that has been made for me?
