Do you have more than one medical condition you are trying to take care of? Have you recently had a critical event? We are here to help. We offer a Complex Case Management program to help you get the medical care and services you need.

If you think you may need this type of help, you can self-refer by calling Member Services. Ask to speak to your assigned Care Manager or a Care Manager in Complex Case Management.

Nurse Advice Line

Registered nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assess symptoms and help you make good health care decisions. These registered nurses do not diagnose. They assess symptoms and guide you to make sure you get the most appropriate level of care. Through our Nurse Advice Line we can help you with:

  • Navigating the health care system
  • Better coordination of your care
  • Deciding how quickly you should see a doctor for illness or injury
  • Encouraging you to follow-up with your PCP when needed
  • Reducing your stress knowing you have a resource to call for medical advice

Behavioral Health Crisis Line

Call us if you do not know how to get services during a crisis. We will help find a crisis provider for you.
