Finding the Right Provider

A primary care physician (PCP) is a health care provider who serves as the first point of contact for your care. Your PCP provides a wide range of health services such as:

  • Preventive care
  • Identifying and treating serious and ongoing health concerns
  • Management of chronic conditions

Having a regular PCP is important for maintaining your health and preventing illness.
