My Molina

You can manage your Medicaid plan from your phone or online with My Molina. With My Molina, you can:
  • View your coverage details
  • Find doctors
  • See and print your member ID card
  • View claims
  • Update your contact information

Download the My Molina mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Use the My Molina Member Portal if you prefer a desktop version.

You will need a valid email address, Molina member ID, date of birth and state to sign up for My Molina.
